8/5 I'm hopeful but this is not a branch issue, corporate would make this decision. Also the agent I talked to was from the call center not the branch.n7/31 So I was charged a $10 incoming wire transfer fee for depositing funds into my account. Never heard such a thing and of course the agent is reading from a scripted post. If funds are deposited into my account for the bank to use, do not charge me for it. I may just move my chkg and mortgage to another bank.
I wouldnt reccomend due to bad customer service.
Awesome credit union to use if you are looking to get financing for a home purchase. They are open communication every step along the way and take the time to sit down with you to talk about every question you may have!
