Good luck getting a storage space here. I contacted them through their website and three times on the phone, but no one ever got back to me. I'll take my business where it's wanted.
I have had nothing but trouble with this company. They say they did not get mynPayments but they came out of my bank. I have called and emailed them over 30 times about this and they still do not respond. They locked me out of my storage unit and mailed me a notice I was $176 behind and they would sell my stuff if it was not paid up in two weeks. Can’t wait to go somewhere else!
Very helpful, and great facilities.
