Have had multiple issues from here. Orders never showing up, taking over an hour, or even once taking over an hour then being canceled without even getting a call about it.nThey did send an email on the cancellation but I check that about once a day so it didn't do any good. On the night of writing this, one just didn't show up.nTo their credit they did offer to refund it, which I accepted. But that's not going to prevent me from making this review, not at this point.
Food is really good, tonight BUT why claim no contact delivery, if you are going to require we come out and sign our credit card slip.
Was hung up on during the order process and had to call them back to make sure my order went through. After they picked up they rudely told me my order was fine and never told me how long it would be. Won’t be ordering from here again.
I like their food, and they deliver pretty fast. However, the last 2 times I ordered with my CC online. They charged me like 3 times. They don’t end up taking the extra money, but it sits pending in my account for like a week. Kinda of annoying, but the food is ok.
Everyone there is very disrespectful. They answer the phone rudely and do not care for customers. They don’t even wear there mask! The General Manger is aware of these problems but does absolutely nothing to fix it. I wish I can get them negative stars so please no one go to these unprofessional place.
