Went here with my mom to get clothes ....The staff was very friendly greeting us with a smile. they also checked in on us helping as much as they could. I recommend going here! They weren’t on their phones or distracted by anything they fully cared about customers making sure they were happy which is hard to find these days.

We love their Jean's and the sweetest person helped us she was very helpful in picking out our Jean's her name was Lauren Fischels well definitely ask for her again.

Wasn’t looking forward to teenager clothes shopping, but left the store knowing I’d be back. The staff yesterday was incredibly friendly and helpful. It gave me such faith in our young people. If you are reading this, Cedar Falls American Eagle, kudos to you all!
