Took my 2017 Bolt in for an alignment check as it was pulling to the right when driving. Dropped it off at 7:15am. Was 12:30 and still no call, so I called for an update. Talked to service and was told it was still on the lift but would be done in a half an hour. Didn’t get a call until 2:30 (2 hours later) that it was ready to be picked up. I was at work (out of town) but asked if my wife could be picked up by their shuttle service. They said it would be no problem and wanted her number so they could call her to let her know when they would arrive. I get home at 4:15 and they still didn’t call her! Not impressed with the service efficiency. There was absolutely no reason to be without a car for 9 hours for an alignment, rotating tires, and resetting the TPMS.
It was very easy, seamless and smooth. I came in knowing what I wanted, JP had it ready and I had my Kelley Blue Book value in hand. He explained the process, came back with an offer from the manager and we started the application process.
Always have been extremely satisfied with the service here. Was disappointed this time that the service (four new tires/mount/balance and alignment) took 6 hours. Seems a bit excessive compared to similar past service. However, overall, still the best service center I've been to.
Bought a Jeep Wrangler here and had excellent service from Jardez. I'm still very happy with my purchase!
Had a great experience with leasing our new Chevy Silverado! Had the truck I wanted and Clyde and Alex did a great job making it affordable. Michelle did our paper work and it was seamless.
