I needed brake work done and even though it was a little more than I wanted to spend it was not a problem the car had been sitting for quite a while and I had no brakes and Priority 1 had my car done before I was off work and gave me a ride to work and picked me up all the people that work there are professionals and if I have a problem with my car instead of taking it to someone else I will come back here appreciate all of your hard work thanks again
Fixed things fast. No problems yet.
Had front brake rotors and pads changed last August (2019) with 111,000 miles on a 2006 Red Ford Focus. This year June (2020) with 117,00 miles front brakes were making a noise on driver front side. New and very reliable mechanic at Schuerman's in Cedar Falls said front rotors were bad with uneven spots all over each rotor. Car runs like a charm and you know where to go!
I mean what can you say it's priority one it's the one priority that you should make when you're thinking about getting your car servicer repaired this place is amazing these guys don't rip me off and they give me used stuff if I ask for it new stuff if I wanted they're nice The place is tucked away behind godfather's where nobody's going to find it except for us go check it out priority one make it your priority... One!
They robbed me of parts i already bought. And then not only charged me for new parts, but the same parts I already had were gone. They strait robbed me. Never again. It is really 0 stars. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
