Rude, snarky, condescending. I have cash and was ready to buy after a couple questions but the person I was communicating with couldn't answer a simple question without being a jerk. I'll buy elsewhere. This is why I skip buying from these small dealers, seems like 90% of them are 100% attitude.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I have never bought a car from Waterloo before and I searched many many places around the area but I found my dream car and they worked with me from day 1 taking in consideration of my budget and also offering more than expected with my trade in! Genuine and honest people and I would recommend them 150%. Will definitely come back but hopefully not too soon because I love my traverse! Thank you for the awesome experience! -mercedes
