Way to expensive!! Bring you're prices down!! My stylist was great ❤ufe0fud83dudcaf‼ufe0f but 31$ for a haircut and earwax and a 5$ tip..and I'm balding!
So the manager Susan Nelson verbally assaulted me. She laughed at me cuz she didn't like that I had a sweatshirt on. I go back willing to forgive her only to find out that she banned me from this location . I asked why and they said cuz of my behavior. what? I am the one that got verbally assaulted and didn't even make a big deal about it and then I get banned? seriously? She is not fit to deal with the public much less be a manager.
Places was really nice and professional. Scheduling an appointment is highly recommended as they have some days that are for appointments only, not to mention it's very popular (and rightfully so!) so there's often a long wait time for walk-ins.
Only thing better than the haircuts is the friendly and amazing staff
I've always had a good experience here, but I wanted to give a shout out to Nikki and Jess who took on my boys' quarantine hair. I fumbled over a slight description of what I wanted and they both came out looking adorable and exactly what i was hoping for.
