I asked for my fish well done an extra crispy they cooked at medium well it was not all the way cooked it doesn't take like fish it tastes like mush. So I called back to explain that to ask for extra crispy and the manager hung up on me wouldn't let me explain and I told her that her settings on her cooker or her fryer was wrong that they need to be turned up a little bit because they're too tuned down because everything in the Midwest tastes medium well you go to the south everything is well done so I will never ever eat Long John silver again out here in the Midwest. Especially the manager was very very rude to me when she hung up on me twice. Wasn't concerned about my $8 at all.

Usually get the a and w menu. Don’t really care for the fish and the hush puppies. They have more breading than I like. I get the coney or the double burger basket. Food is good and the customer service is very good. I was in on Monday and most of the tables were dirty. The one I sat at was off balanced. This was the first time I noticed that most of the tables were dirty. They usually are very good at cleaning them. I noticed that it was a shift change, so I don’t know if that had something to do with the tables

Great service, pretty quick and food came out to hot to eat at first. Inside could use some tidying up but the buildings been the same for years. Keep up the great work!

I love it here! Great service with al smile. Fresh, hot delicious food. Relaxing atmosphere and clean establishment. Not bad on alot of prices. And I Love their coupons. A matter of fact I wish I had some right now. I would use them for sure. No complaints here. Keep up the work!

Very rude serves left without ordering. There not many long johns left to eat at. I don't recommend going there
