I was in this location early this afternoon and couldn't even wait to get home before leaving my thoughts. 2 of the 3 employees, one of which was definitely a manager, were CURSING in the store!!! They were just having a normal conversation and I get that the store is a little edgier than some but REALLY?? Is this acceptable? When I went to check out, I wasn't sure if I was in right spot because there was a binder where my items were supposed to go and I was acknowledged by either of the 2 behind the counter. Then as one worker was ringing my items up, the other was scrolling on her phone! Wasn't even hiding it!!!nGuess I'll have to travel out of town for gift shopping from now on.
Super upset that the baby onsies and other novelty was taken out for babies. I loved coming here with my first child and getting the funny ones. And can’t even find them on the website either.... this was the only store that you could basically buy those... y’all have gone down hill
Spencer’s at Crossroads might as well be closed. No customer service, couldn’t get her attention because she was more concerned about playing on her cell phone. Shouldn’t have gone at 3 pm on a Tuesday. Also doesn’t have half the items they should. Been to other Spencer’s and they were very well stocked, and greeted everyone that came through the door,
