Not very happy with outreaching services. I dropped off clothing, my mistake didn’t know child clothes were not accepted, but I was not informed of this at this time. This was my first time doing this. Was told I would get a text message the following day. Figuring they were closed Saturday I waited. Now Tuesday I had still not heard anything. I showed up at the store and got told they had no cash for what I dropped off nor did they have the clothing I left to be sorted and assessed. An associate was able to look into the computer information and find that I had indeed been sent a text however it had been blocked by my service provider. Long story short the 7 or 8 brand new Levi jeans And various other flannel shirts and such were donated without my knowledge or permission. If they can see that the text did not go through why wasn’t I contacted in another manner to determine what I wanted to do with the items I dropped off? I feel like my money was thrown away, I could have put them online. I’m frustrated about the manner this was handled. How many other people have had their items thrown away by this place without any information about where the things went they dropped off?

Will never buy from here again. They never buy my clothing saying it is either everyday wear they do not accept or too dressy which thwy do not accept. Hello most of the items are bought full price feom your store.What are you exactly looking for?!

When they have clearance sales, you can get good deals!

I personally really like it! They have nice staff, they have new styles and trends, and their clothes are name-brands, lightly used, and low prices!

Absolutely love Waterloo’s plato’s closet! Every time I walk in everyone greets me with smiles! Very affordable clothes. Great customer service when I’m trying to find clothes. This place is always so uplifting unlike other Plato’s closet that I have been to. I always bring my friends with, but somehow they always end up with more clothes!!! I already recommend Plato’s to people now!! 10/10 Great job Plato’s Closet Waterloo!!
