I went tonight.. Never again our orders got messed up..3 times we didn't get all are food the French fries you couldn't even bite because they were cold and hard.. I asked for fresh everything and didn't receive it.. I would never go at night again .. It seem like they don't care.. I'm not saying do go ... But they need to do better with service and think and make sure there pleasing their customers..and i spent 50$.. To be disappointed..
McDonald's on Kimball still had some Mighty Hot Sauce to go with the spicy wings. They had a diverse staff. They made sure vmy order was fresh. Staff was also friendly.
Only go here during the day. Night time is the worst. You will just sit in line waiting and no one response. Don't go to the one on University by the trampoline park either at night. Only one that's is good is the one on University close to UNI. I'm just trying to save some gas for whoever reads this.
My order wasn't correct, came ba ck said they gave wrong item, gave me correct item. Had to wait 10 minutes for a large sweet tea.
Normally this McDonald's gets the order right and they are usually fast. This last time the screen was not working and girl taking order couldn't get it right
