I think this is a great place to do business with. I just wish it wasn't located on such a windy road that has blind spots. I feel like I take my life into my hands whenever I drive there (in Waterloo).
If you are looking for a bank/credit union - keep looking. They charge you for everything and do not appreciate their customers. Others have said that to me that they didn't care for their business practices and I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and stay with them. Not anymore.
When looking at buying a house, Scott was very helpful and friendly.. Great experience, would recommend using GreenState when buying a house.
Sadly this place seems to get worse with time. I’m honestly considering moving all my money elsewhere. I called to make a payment on my mortgage and was on hold for 38 minutes before they closed and never had anyone answer. It’s sad and they need to make some changes.
This credit union is just a bunch of liars and thieves. They tell you one thing and don't do what they say. I'm canceling my account taking business elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy ever to do business with formerly UICC now Homestate CU! If I could give a zero or lower I would not worth a 1!
