I came from out of town to help family, and the staff in the office was really helpful about directions and procedures that would apply to my situation. She took plenty of time to answer all of my questions. The storage unit was clean and the area felt safe and secure. I would recommend this facility!
unit was easy to get to And a lot of space .However talked to owner Thursday And Was under the impression payment needed to be made by the last day of the month but when I Got my uhaul n went to get my last 4 items on the last day of the month I was locked out and told I had to pay for another month for a storage that will have not one item Inside it A storage that would of been cleaned out the morning of the last day of the month If they had not locked me out.. that’s $64 on a uhaul that I do not get to use Sunday $20 for one today plus another $62 for a storage I won’t be using. I work hard for my money and not for it to be taken advantage of.
Just found out at 7:00 pm today that my storage locker had been robbed. Someone removed one of the wall panels from their locker and gained access to where my valuables were stored. Lost electronics, a small letter safe, tools, etc, etc. Be careful!!!!
