Very strict with appointment, no matter if you have half load or 2 pallets. Don’t trust the broker, if you arrive early they won’t take you.nnOvernight parking and quick unloading when your appointment is up.
Very rude lady in office. If you drive a straight truck they will make you load/unload it yourself due to illegitimate safety concern about driving a forklift onto the truck. 100s of forklifts have safely loaded and unloaded our truck at other warehouses with no problem. We have a landing gear and chock our wheels just like a tractor trailer. Won’t be back here.
Follow Google Map. It will take you right there. Make sure to come in on MLK Jr. Drive. Easy access. Lots of room for turn arounds and parking.
Friendly office staff and forklift operator.
At the people would answer the phonewhen you call instead of letting it rang and rang and rang and then eventually hanging it up never to the answer hell of a way to run a business
