We have ordered from here at least 4 times in the past few months. They food is AMAZING, priced reasonable and OH MY THE DELIVERY is so FAST ,and hot!!!! Accurate every time. The last I ordered was walnut shrimp. So good. It took 3 bites to finish 1 shrimp. Highly recommended!!!

Not very friendly not even a thank you when you pick up your order. Honestly all their food taste the same, fried chicken taste like shrimp and pork fried. Not too impressed. Sorry

Today was supposed to be a good day. My colleagues and I were excited to be able to order some Chinese from here. They had been closed for several weeks. Three of us ordered food from the Kimball location. We all ordered our usuals but One of my colleagues upon getting her food realize that in her fried rice was crab meat, She is allergic. She had already taken a few bites before realizing what was in it. She has some medicine that she is taking now but it could have been far worse. We called the store and informed them of what happened. They denied every word, saying that it was impossible, they did not put crab meat in their fried rice. Three of us tried to reason with them and they still denied it. We asked for a refund and they refused to give us a refund. We used to love going here but now we are refusing to give any East China restaurants our business. If they are going to be so rude and unprofessional and not take responsibility for their actions this time, why would I continue to go their restaurants?

Great service, Good Food and the timing was perfect. Ordered here since they first opened and I switch it between this one and China king, I’d never had a problem with them, when I read the reviews it’s just heartbreaking. The last 2 reviews I saw was basically the same person saying the same thing trying to make them look bad, I feel sooo bad for the owners While they risk their lives having the restaurant opened up while this pandemic is happening, keep up the good work guys!

I placed an order of beef teriaki, it really wasn't what I was expecting at all. The beef was cut very flat on a skewer and so hard to chew it and also had a bad aftertaste. They were also very dry, lacking teriaki sauce or flavor. The shrimp lomein noodles I ordered were ok, but the shrimp had no flavor whatsoever, it was like chewing plastic. For paying $20 for two entrees I would've like them to at least be ok tasting but it just wasn't, sorry. This was my 3rd try at this east china and probably my last for a good while. ud83dude15
