Terrible experience. I took my car in for one repair, and they ended up blowing out the transmission. Took it back in for them to fix their mistake (for free) and they screwed something else up. I took it back on 2 other occasions after this to have them fix what they kept breaking, and they just kept making it worse. Now having to take it to another shop where they have to fix all of the mistakes Crossroads made, and I have to pay for all of it. NEVER take your car here.
