This is the worst bank to go to in the Cedar Valley. They have had so much turnover in the last 4 years and none of the employees are up to par. The staff is inept, the banking practices are disgusting. I went to cash a check today to find out for the first time that the account was closed (no prior notification). I am so happy to find this out because it means zip never have to go back to this bank ever again.nnI will let each and every person I know in on what a terrible bank regions is. Happy to have switched to Veridian Credit Union. They know what they're doing. Regions is a waste of your time and money.
I strongly recommend switching to regions. They are very careful and they'll make sure you get full satisfaction everytime you ask for help.
This financial buliding is huge. The staff is friendly and eager to start working with you and make all of your financial goals a reality. Would recommend this place for anyone looking to find a bank that they can trust and rest assure knowing they are in good hands with Regions.
