I went into the store on Black Friday because they had a sale going on. I was pleased to find many options, but limited sizes. Luckily, I was able to place an order through them (and still receive the discount)... I was told it would be 2 weeks for the order to arrive. Great! I’ll have them by Christmas! NOPE. I called after 3 weeks of waiting, only to be told “they might be in next week. Maybe. We don’t have tracking on them yet, so they probably haven’t been shipped.” I was starting to think I was being scammed (also, please note I paid over $200 for my order). Today marks 5 1/2 weeks and I have received NO update on my scrubs. After making a call myself, I’m told they are to arrive tomorrow. I am extremely frustrated with their customer service. Don’t tell someone an order will arrive in 2 weeks and then give them no update, only to have the order arrive 6 weeks from purchase. I won’t be shopping through them anymore.
