LOVED the selection at Pepper! Wonderful clothes at affordable prices! I found some amazing pieces there! However, I was disappointed by the lack of service from the sales associates. There were 3-4 girls working and not one of them greeted me, asked if I had any questions, thanked me for my purchase (what?!), or said anything else to me. The only words uttered to me my entire time in the store was the total amount of my purchase and that I have 7 days to return the items. The store was not busy when I was there, the sales associates were huddled together talking about drinking and boys. Was very turned off by the lack of warmth from the employees but loved looking at the clothes.
I love this store! the employees are so inviting and they are so sweet! they helped find a perfect outfit for my event, and they were so helpful! love it so much!
Absolutely loved this boutique. All the clothes were gorgeous and everything I could want as well as reasonably priced. Employee assisting was so helpful and friendly; I probably could’ve spent all day shopping there.
