So glad we stopped here. I knew when I walked in we'd find my daughter a dress. So many choices. Glad we went during the day on a weekday. Both girls working were very helpful and patient. My daughter isn't happy about waiting 4-5 wks for her dress but I think it's a good opportunity to teach some patience.
I went in their looking for a dress for my senior prom and was treated terribly by the staff. I was informed when I walked in that I had to be 18 to try on a dress without a guardian with me. I am 17 and think I can handle getting a dress on my own, so i’m just informing you guys on this company policy that is in place, because i would hate to have you waste your time like I did. With that, The workers didnt ask me any questions about what I was interested in they just ignored me after they told me I can’t try on dresses. I won’t be buying from Glam because of the service. Maybe they should hire more professional girls and not highschool girls that aren’t even 18 themselves.
Really liked the selection of overpriced dresses, but the customer service was not great. Went in and tried on some dresses, and felt like the worker wanted to just get off her shift. Which like, me too, sis. The lady was very short toned, and kind of rude. Idk if it was just a bad day for her, but I don’t think I would recommend Glam.
