The staff here are so cool! The unique items here make for great gifts for friends and family. I had a great piercing experience here with Sarah who was super nice and did a great job and answered any question i had. She stated she had over ten years experience and i could tell, great job Sarah! I also enjoy buying their saline solution spray which makes it super easy and time saving to maintain piercing care. The staff behind the counter like i said are awesome! Great experience!
I've always loved Mohair, however I've come to notice a decline in product quality. Also, I bought a set of plugs and it was the cashier who sold me the wrong size yet they won't exchange them nor return them. The first thing we heard when we walked in the door was about these pointless masks. I don't need ANYONE DICTATING in my life-especially not a place I always thought was about empowering the people. It really changed my views about this place and why I've always loved it. Apparently I was wrong. That, or they've changed their beliefs. Either way, I prolly won't be back until they get off the communist mask tyranny.
Everyone kind and explains everything. Helpful and caring. Piercer is super nice. Got 4 done there not complications or issues.
I went in today to get my ear lobes pierced and everyone was super friendly! The earrings I picked out are absolutely stunning. Sara did a good job talking me through everything and answering any questions I had. Definitely would recommend getting your piercings done here.
The 2 people working at the time were very helpful helping my son pick out what color he wanted to do his hair. We'll be coming back when he's ready for a new one :)
