Had a main power switch, on the batteries, lose it's mind at the border. Volvo action sent out a tow truck who got the truck running and diagnosed the problem! Volvo Action sent us here, to Bosselman Boss Shop, in Fargo. The shop had about 20 minutes notice I was coming. They pulled is in when we got here, tech had the old switch off before the manager, Clarence, was back from getting the new part!! We were in and out in less than 45 minutes!! Everyone was friendly and I was very appreciative of the service!!
Manager did his best to get you taken care of but didn’t lie to you on time frames. Will definitely come back
Serves it's purpose, kind of slow due to being shorthanded, but that seems to be an issue everywhere, nobody wants to work.nnService done promptly as promised, everyone seems nice.
I was looking for a location that offered nitrogen to air up my truck tires and boss shop came up on my Google search. When I call they said they did not offer it there but the gentleman looked up a local place that did. Very helpful.
Got told I had a 1.5-2 hr wait for a tire change. Didn't matter, had a shredded trailer tire. Got me in the bay 30 mins later and started shortly after. Didn't take long to get the new tire mounted and mud flap installed. Friendly staff.
