Had a bad experience turn good. There was an error made that we were not notified of. Later, when the error was remedied, we again were not notified. Called bank, obviously upset. Scott M and Hillary both took the time to not only listen to our complaint, but they apologized and made it right with us immediately. Great customer service experience today.. Highly recommend!!!

Lexie has been very helpful with my personal and business accounts. She takes care of anything I ask her to help with!! I highly recommend Lexie and her team!
