It's a storage unit. Kinda secure, has a fence and a gate, but people can still go over the fence. And it seems like no one is ever in the office.

We did not have a good experience at this particular Red Dot location. We rented a van to haul furniture we had stored out of state. The Thurs. night before we were to load up it snowed. We waited until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, but the storage facility had not been plowed. We were to leave town Saturday morning. After numerous calls we got no satisfaction. A Red Dot facility not too far away was all plowed. They said each has a different owner. Anyway, finally Saturday evening (paying $100 a day for a van) we took a 4-wheel drive to navitgate the snow and loaded up 1 and 2 pieces of furniture at a time IN THE DARK to transport to the waiting van on the street. Took us about 2 hours for what should have been a half hour or less process. So DISAPPOINTED in the response we got.
Have used this storage unit for about 18 years very pleased with my service
