I stored my car and motorcycle for a few months. My unit was clean and the area is well lit, maintained, and secure. I also liked that it is accessable 24/7. The price was fair and it is easy to make payments online.
The storage units are great. The facility is relatively new. But, service has gone downhill fast after Panther sold to Red Dot. For example, the gate wasn't working the day after a snowstorm. Fair enough, things happen. But, when I went back two days later, it still wasn't working! That is unacceptable. If the automatic function doesn't work, they should at least leave the gate open. I called them, and they said they had someone working on it. I went back several hours later, and it still didn't work, and no one was fixing it.
I have rented a few different units from here in the past and will be looking to move out of the current unit sooner rather than later. Pay for a months rent, move out of a unit in the middle of the month they won't refund your money, so you basically paid double per day. They'll pro rate off the beginning of the month however! Entice you to rent from them! If this was still panther storage that wouldnt be an issue, they'd refund your money no questions asked.
