Matt's has been taking care of my wife's cars for a few years. Always friendly service. The work has rarely had any issues. The one time that there was a problem, it was corrected in a very timely manner. Prices are reasonable and the work they do can always be trusted. I would rate 6 out of 5 stars.

Our daughter's car was having issues with the traction control system intermittently, so hard to diagnose. I scheduled an appt online, which was super convenient. I read about the company's background and reviews online, and wanted something close to where she attends Concordia college for her to start utilizing for any auto needs she has. The staff was super prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, explains things in terms a non-mechanic can understand. In short discussions, I learned they are extremely supportive of training their employees and giving back to the community which is important to our family. I love the reports back via email and the options to choose which services I was accepting and which ones my husband can do on his own, and I was able to decline those. No miscommunication over phone calls and I was able to talk to my husband while deciding which services to accept or decline which was great! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

I honestly think this is the best customer service I have ever received. I spoke with Wes this time, and truly appreciated how well he took care of my business. He set me up with a ride and even worked around my schedule. I have had some bad experiences and hate planning to get any work done to my car. Not with Matts, they have always taken great care of me.

I really appreciate how they document all proposed work with pictures, and have an easy online platform that allows you to choose which work you want. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. No pressure to get work done, but gave me time to make the right decision for my car.

Easy to work with, willing to show you what’s wrong as best they can, and are honest with what repairs you absolutely need and what you don’t. Also stand behind warranty on parts and labor. Had a rack and pinion replaced that failed less than a year after it was put in, and they replaced without cost to me. Will likely continue to go to Matt’s for my auto repair needs in the future.
