Billy Parker is a legend. He took what was had become a nearly two-month Kafkaesque nightmare by way of a different Camping World and turned it into the best customer service experience we've had full-timing. He didn't even hesitate to help us with our case when our original service technician fell ill. No, not Billy Parker. He didn’t flinch when we discovered a part had not arrived for our scheduled service. Nope, not Billy. He confidently took ownership, made time to actually listen to our complaint, researched our history and offered a creative solution that went beyond typical problem solving. We trusted him immediately and his actions consistently reenforced our faith in that trust. Billy was surprisingly generous with his time, and truly went well and above the call of duty — he actually took it upon himself to work on the car with technician Joel to ensure our service was completely in a timely fashion and to make sure our service issues were thoroughly addressed. Not only has our confidence in Camping World been restored, he demonstrated the very definition of exemplary customer service. The next time you find yourself in camping Hell, may you find your own Billy Parker.

So happy we visited and purchased our camper from Camping World of Cedar Falls!!! We had done a lot of research prior to our visit. Cooper was our straight up, no pressure sales rep. Did a great job and had excellent follow through. Dave had practical knowledge of our additional needs, knew his inventory, and showed us ways to save money. Josiah was one happy guy that made our closing painless. And I can’t say enough about Mike, in service. Super knowledgeable, patient, and allowed us to video tape him to review later at our convenience. Our whole experience made us happy as we pulled away with our first ever camper. Thank you Camping World.

What a great experience! Steve Miller helped my husband and I really understand what we wanted and needed. Steve was like a human search engine; taking every piece of our input, each comment, facial expressions, and helped us narrow our search down to a final selection. Worked with Steve Miller and Shane Williams, On purchasing my camper. Great guys made me feel very comfortable. Helped me get a great price and made sure I got a payment I could afford. Always take the insurance quote! We were going to pass it up just because, we got insurance on the camper before we came to pick it up. They got us $20+ off what we would have paid and its even threw the same company I already have insurance with. Would definitely recommend anyone to these guys and if I ever need supplies or even a new camper I know where I'm going.

It was very refreshing to meet a guy like Charlie who is knowledgeable, informative & a very respectable salesman. We did find a 5th Wheel that we purchased. Then we met Justin in Service who gave us a thorough walk-thru & answered several questions we had about the RV. Between Charlie & Justin our experience was pretty darn good! We are Happy ud83dude0a
