Can not recommend this dealership enough!! This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Bill Colwell, and I was just as happy with my experience the second time as I was the first! From the moment you walk into the dealership they help you through the process of finding a vehicle that fits your needs and budget. I will definitely be returning for a third time when the time arises. Thank you for all you did to make purchasing my explorer a fun and enjoyable experience!

Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful! I had a very pleasant experience. The people who weren’t even helping me would still spark conversation and act like we were friends. It was a great time.

Jordan was very easy to deal with! He has helped me a lot with answering my questions and I love my 2020 Fusion. It was worth the drive. Super easy process. Definitely will recommend!

When my son and I went in search of his first car, we wound up at Bill Colwell Ford. I am a careful consumer, and researched the reputation of this dealership before buying. I was not disappointed.nnWhen a critical safety issue was discovered in the car shortly after purchase, Ernie and Jeff applied the full value of the old car and helped us find a new, safe, and reliable vehicle for my son. Other dealers might have told us it was our problem and we would have been out $4000.nnI'm grateful to Ernie and Jeff and all the folks at Bill Colwell Ford for their integrity. Highly recommend if you're looking for a car dealer you can trust.

The service team at Bill Colwell Ford did an excellent job with my truck. They explained all the possible issues that they could think of up front and the cost associated with each, so that I could make the most informed decision before they even started with their inspection. Then, they finished the work in a very reasonable amount of time and did a great job. Finally, they explained everything they had done and the cost was even quite a bit below their original estimate.
