They were easy to work with but a little pushy. I bought a truck a year ago. I knew it was old, but was not told the extent of its problems which it turns out was many. It has constantly had problems and now has transmission problems and is not drivable. If done again I would not have bought the truck.

Our niece found the vehicle she wanted at the price she expected and is very happy. Keep doing exactly the same thing you are doing. The price is what will bring in the leads. Your competitors have the same product, so be the lowest on mileage or price. Keep the product clean. Be honest. Eye to eye listen closely to the answers given to your questions and you will be able to meet their objections. Stay organized and never give in to negative thoughts. And most importantly:nnIf you own it for more than the market, then sell it at a loss and use the money to buy better next time. Don't spend much time with the unhappy customer, just make them happy or let them walk. Many deals are missed dealing with the guy who won't leave or trying to get more than they will pay.
