The two people working the drive thru this morning, gold. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. They went above and beyond when I dropped my drink all over myself and car. I was already having a sad day, they made it better. Thank you!
The two drive thru Batista's at this Starbucks today were by far the BEST I have ever interacted with. I usually dont pick Starbucks for a coffee unless my daughter is with but this guy and lady definitely made me want to go back . Well done! it's great to see someone truly enjoying their job!!!!! Makes me rethink my career choice :)
I asked for a white chocolate cold drink. When I got to the window, I was given a drink with some ice in it. I said I guess I thought it would be blended; not like this. The girl said “oh, that’s an iced white chocolate mocha”. I said it is not what I expected. She said “oh, do you want me to make you another one?” Not let me make you the correct drink. After driving off and tasting it; it was WARM bitter coffee over some ice. I was not going back through the drive thru; cuz there were 7 cars there. I couldn’t go in since the lobby was locked. I called there after getting home and told them; the guy said I could come back and get the right drink. I told him I wasn’t driving 30 miles to get it. He said we don’t mail out free drink cards; that’s not what we do. Wow. The next time I am near there; maybe a month from now, I will be in for my FULL REFUND.
