Worst customer service ever. I have a service dog, she's a miniature Chihuahua that stays in my purse. I got asked why I needed a service dog, I explained that she's an emotional support dog. She then went on to tell me that having an emotional support dog wasn't a service dog. Here's the thing my dog is a certified emotional support dog. I have paperwork for her.. You're not allowed to ask why you have a service dog.. She was super rude. You have now lost my service. You should teach your employees to be respectful, have manners, and definitely better customer..
Unprofessional. The clerk refused to let me pump 13 gallons. This was five days after the derecho.

They could use some customer service training. Rude staff.nIowa is medicinal now, she may want to look into it and just be happy. It goes a long way.
Went into buy Benadryl for a allergic reaction. the lady wanted to be rude and make Snide comments because I wasn’t using a card. I’m guessing it was because it was five minutes until they closed she had already covered her register but seriously horrible customer service.
