Van Horne Auto staff, especially Rick Miller were amazing in helping us purchase our new to us vehicle. Rick asked me thought provoking questions that help us narrow down our choice of vehicle. He also suggested getting on line to see what was available at their other sites. When we found what we wanted, they had it brought in for us. And to top it all off, on the day that I went in to finalize the purchase, he had a big red bow on it in honor of my birthday. Thank you Rick and the rest of the staff for making this purchase smooth and seamless for us!
I found a Pick-up truck on line, it was available at the Van Horn dealership on Highway 30, West of Cedar Rapids. I was quickly connected to Rick Miller who easily arranged for a test drive at my convenience, late on a Friday afternoon. Rick was very accommodating and answered all of our questions about the new vehicle and gave a reasonable review of our trade-in, again answering any questions quickly and honestly. We were able to come to an agreement and have the paperwork finished in less than 2 hours from when we arrived. I requested to have some minor repairs made to the vehicle, they were done quickly and properly, no problem. I highly recommend Rick Miller and the staff at Van Horn Auto, and would not hesitate purchasing my next vehicle from them.

Travis Atkins was amazing! He answered all of our questions, was straight forward, didn’t try and push things on us we didn’t want.
