I worked with Tyler at Thys Motor to help my brother find a vehicle. I actually live in Omaha, Nebraska and communicated with Tyler over the phone and thru emails. He was wonderful to work with! He agreed to have both jeeps that my brother was interested in out front and ready to test drive upon arrival. Danny was able to test drive the vehicle alone and there was no pressure. Really appreciate his willingness to work with me long distance. Thank you so much! A great car buying experience.

Recently purchased a used Ram pick up here from Dave. The staff was very friendly and there was no pressure. I was able to test drive the vehicle multiple time prior to purchasing and with out a salesman looking over my shoulder. I was referred here by a friend and couldn't be happier with the experience. We purchased our truck virtually all on-line. Ryan Paul and Tyler were very easy to work with. We really enjoyed being able to test drive the vehicle with out a sales person riding with us or hanging around like a vulture. It gave my wife and I time to talk and freely evaluate our prospective purchase. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Thys Auto in Belle Plaine Iowa. They treat you the way a customer should be treated. Something that the “Big” dealerships seem to have forgotten.

Great experience all around! I bought an 08 Dodge Ram from them about a month ago. Ryan was excellent to work with and kept me in the loop for about a week while he worked out my financing options. I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick up the truck and the only time I could come get it was after hours on a Friday afternoon. I called ahead to let them know this and there was no hesitation at all, no questions asked just come on up and we'll take care of you. Josh was there in flip flops and shorts several hours after closing and we got the deal done. Josh was very accommodating and just an awesome guy to work with. I was very impressed by the entire experience and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Josh and the other staff from Thys Automotive are wonderful to work with. We were surprised to learn that our current vehicle was totaled out by insurance due to storm damage. We needed a vehicle fast and Josh was willing to help us in anyway possible. I sent an email on off hours and he called me right away in the morning. The whole process was fast and easy. I recommend going to them for your automotive needs!
