Bought a new Coachmen Chaparral 5th wheel from here and could not be happier! We found the camper that we wanted on the lot in Atlantic and during our discussions Trish mentioned that they had the same camper at their Minnesota location except it was a 2019 model instead of 2020. It was $2400 less because it was a year older, but still new. I do not like buying anything that we have not looked at personally but we took a chance and told them to bring it to Atlantic. Trish said we could cancel if we did not like camper when it arrived. We loved it when we saw it and Bobby took all the time we needed to familiarize us with the camper. Great experience!

Disappointed in their customer service. I Had called in to get a trade-in value on my camper so I could upgrade campers. They never called me back. I called on four separate occasions and each time got the run around. Finally, when I do get an answer, they are about $700 to $1000 dollars less than every other dealer I talked with. I’m getting to idea that AC Nelson’s in Atlantic is run by one gal (who is kind on the phone) to run everything leaving her overworked. I Also got the impression they were not interested in my business, hence the one-way communication. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth with this business.
