I recently bought my first home and Tammy and Brenda were absolutely amazing to work with! They made the process quick, easy, and even fun! Everything went so smoothly and they were always available to answer any questions I had. Between Tammy, Brenda, Katy and so many others... just the best customer service around! I really enjoy their mobile app. It’s very easy to navigate through and easy to set up the options for bill pay. Extremely friendly team, willing to help with any questions you may have and they always strive to know every client on a personal level. They make it a point to not only take care of their clients but build lasting relationships with them. I personally enjoy the mobile check deposit system they have, it is really simple to use and easy to snapshot the checks image with the auto-snap they offer.

VISIONBank came through for us! The Red River Children's Advocacy Center, like so many of our fellow non-profits and small businesses, applied for the Paycheck Protection Program! VISIONBank was incredibly responsive and their service was the very best it could be. In fact, we wrote an email to Dan Carey on Sunday evening, hoping for a call back on Monday, only to receive a personal phone call that Sunday evening! He assured us that our application would be reviewed and if appropriate, submitted as soon as possible. We were thrilled and it was all true! They worked very hard to perform for the Center, submitting our application and securing stimulus funds on our behalf. We are thankful for their partnership and guidance. Thank you, VISIONBank!

I have done two mortgages with Brenda Jacobson at VISIONBank and both times the process was nothing less than excellent. Brenda is tremendously easy to work with and kept us informed of what was going on every step of the way. It's great to know you can get this type of service from a local bank right here in Fargo.
