Steak was great for price variation..corn was nice and sweet.nThe mashed potatoes wasn't palatable. Had a funky colliflour frozen taste...servers were very respectful. Burgers, my friend enjoyed. Good place to stop by and enjoy a refreshing atmosphere.

Surprised us with a breakfast buffet, we had never been there before. The gal who served us was very prompt, friendly, and sociable. I dont know her name but she had just had a baby 2 months ago and the baby was there and if the baby is there I'll go back all the time. Food was good. Be going back to try out lunch and look at her baby. Promise I'm not weird, just love babies.

I have tried many of the Iowa Beef Industry Council's Best Burger winners. I still have a couple to try, but the Chuckwagon's is the best so far through 2020. I highly recommend this home style restaurant.

Adorable, charming, great food. You can tell there is a strong and happy management team at work. So glad we stopped!
