Any and every question was answered quick and accurate. Will be buying another Tahoe in a couple years and I know where we will be looking first....

Blake is awesome I have bought a lot of cars over the years and the last two with him have been no hassle, easy negotiating, and left with the feeling like I was taken care of. His no high pressure approach makes me feel at ease and not as stressed as a few cars in the past. Would recommend you do everything you can do to keep him. On another note Deb is awesome to, I don't think it would be the same service experience without her in service. Overall I feel taken care of when I come to KARLS. I will always recommend you guys to friends and family.

It was appreciated that a salesman was willing to stay Afterhours to show a truck so it would fit into my schedule. He was very informative and answered the questions that I had. I’ve bought a few vehicles from here, had service work completed and unfortunately needed the body shop as well. Every department’s employees are great to work with.

It started with Bryan talking to my husbands boss about truck trade in, wanting some descent trade ins I think, etc etc. So, when husband came in for a couple days his first thing was to go to Karls to see what kind of deal we could get. We’d only had our truck a year, we understood with the numbers being like they were, but he was wanting something a little easier for me to get into compared to the lifted truck we had. Also, if by chance we could make the payment a little lower than we had it would even be better. So, off to Karl’s we went.nnMeagan was very nice, and very patient with us through all of this process too. Andy (sales manager) who sold us our truck last year remembered us, and stopped by to say Hi to us too. We test drove a vehicle we really liked. But, the payment would be higher, and we didn’t want that for sure. We talked with Meagan more about the same vehicle, but a little cheaper that could be brought over from the Ankeny store. Sounded good, but we wanted the payment just a little bit lower. Meagan got her work out going back, and forth with numbers, what could be done with trade in, what couldn’t be done, checking on things we would suggested, and so on. Upon looking at inventory on the computer, suggestions made, questions being answered, hubby showing interest with black on black coloring if possible, and things like that. We were narrowing it down for our choice.nnWe had driven around the lot before we parked at the sales building to talk with someone. We remembered seeing a black Equinox. Upon checking on this the vehicle was located, and brought around to the front. Meagan suggested that we should test drive this too. She pointed some things out, answered questions with my husband, and off we went. We came back, and agreed to checking with numbers, and trade in for this vehicle. Hubby was more comfortable with how this was working out, numbers were looking good, and he made an offer for us to pay money down on this vehicle too.nnFinance put it all together with our down payment, what Karl’s offered on their part, same bank would finance us, considered all the gap insurance and warranties we still had left from the truck, added a little more coverage with tires and disability insurance...something we hadn’t thought of, but with our situation it was greatly appreciated with the offer and we accepted it. Also, our payment ended up being lower than anticipated, our interest rate dropped, registration and everything taken care....We were happy when we drove away in our 2020 Equinox. We’ll be coming back to get some GM accessories we are thinking of for our vehicle...new floor mats, maybe some mud flaps, and etc.nnYes, we were pleased with Karl’s Chevrolet with our first purchase, and we are pleased again with our return to make our second purchase. I have been very pleased with the purchase of my new pickup from Karl Chevrolet in Stuart. Blake was my salesman and he was great, after talking with him a little I decided I didn't need to check any other dealers out. He is very trustworthy. When I took it in for the first service they were all great too. I have had a very good experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
