The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Has been my favorite pizza place for 5 years running and any time I get a craving for pizza this is the spot. Plenty of great pasta dishes as well. Also the bistro fries are a must have.
Employee was rude. We ordered over the phone(had our order written out from the website so we knew what we wanted). They acknowledged each item. (2 orders of Garlic Knotts, 2 orders of mozzi sticks, 1 large pep and 1 large pep with olives and something on half). Knotts were good, sticks were awesome... we were only given the second pizza. Fortunately, we were only charged for 1. However, we clearly said two pizzas, and the employee said "okay" after we ordered each item. They didn't repeat back the order or give us a total, he just said it'd be ready in 30 minutes and hung up. After the employee handed us our food he just wouldn't talked to us. I tried to get his attention but gave up after realizing even if we ordered another pizza, the food we have would be cold anyways. Not that it mattered, the pizza was well... 7/11 has better crust. The pizza tasted old. I'm not sure who made the pizzas for all these "best in henderson" reviews but we got the opposite.
Food is great customer service is horrible. We order about 4 - 6 pizzas for the guys at work every other week. I tell you when I go on the weekends to support small business the customer service is horrible. I know you guys are busy but at least acknowledge you have a paying customer in front of you.
These guys are great, food is excellent! Super nice staff. Garlic knotts get an extra star!
Seriously the best pizza in Henderson!!! The staff is amazing!! Everytime I go in its nothing but warm welcomes & great vibes!!🍕
When I was pregnant I would eat here once a week!!🙌🙌
