Family Dollar

Insisted I pay full price for opened and very damaged box of trash bags that shouldn’t have even been on the shelf for sale. What a sham

Should not be called family dollar. Many/most of the items are at regular, if not more expensive than box store.

After I left this Family Dollar, I immediately went home and showered. I felt so gross coming out of there and they really didn't have anything I needed. I noticed unopened boxes all around the store, so I was wondering why nothing was put on shelves to be bought. Overall, will not be back.

I like the prices, but your customer service needs a major overhaul. Your workers have absolutely no gumption whatsoever. I've never seen workers never greet people, ask them if everything was going good, did you find everything, acknowledge conversation from customers, and let customers know how much their charges were. Something needs to be done here. Either have a pep talk or find people with customer service skills! No thank you or you're welcome? When packing groceries, please use bags for chips, cold with cold, etc. And for God's sake, quit stuffing more into one bag and squishing food items!

Horrible place. Rude and unprofessional employees. Name was Peggy. I couldn't tell whether if it was a she or a he. This person claimed to be the store manager. This person yelled at me that my kids broke something which the kids said they didn't. I had to clean their floor and pay for the damaged item. This miserable person continued to be disrespectful despite me being polite. Awful human being. Never again will I go there.
