Very fun and friendly group! Spent plenty of time explaining how the system works. The unit we were assigned to was VERY clean! Felt good about leaving our vehicle there.

My only experience so far is filling out paperwork and the move in. Office staff were pleasant, efficient, and helpful. The move in was difficult because of the weather - blizzard conditions. Snow removal on site was done after the move in was nearly complete which was understandable due to the weather BUT I was impressed that the service was there as soon as conditions allowed. I will be better able to provide a review and ranking at the end of my rental.

September created a positive rental experience. She has a broad knowledge base and presents the information in a timely professional manner. It will be the only place we go for rental space. Thank you.
