Buyer beware!nWas given an offer on my trade-in by the sales manager, I paid the rest on a new pontoon I wanted. He said he would deliver it the next morning to my lake spot. 130pm came around the next day, still no pontoon delivery, so I emailed him. He said they were checking over my trade-in. So I already was given the trade-in value, I gave them a check, they scheduled delivery of my new pontoon, which they didn't deliver, and now they were telling me they needed to check over my trade-in...again. Nothing even remotely like a further inspection was told to me. The sale was already completed.nnSo no phone call, and no delivery. The next day, still no phone call, so I call him and he says my trade-in has some issues and they're going to need to fix them and I would need to pay for anything wrong with the boat. I reminded him that we had already made the deal and I asked him why my new pontoon wasn't delivered as promised and he didn't have an answer. I told him I would pick up my boat and cancel my check. I was in complete shock in how I had been treated. No phone calls, no delivery, nothing! Complete waste of my time. I highly recommend you do not do business with J and K Marine.
Ryan was very nice. No pressure on selling gave me information on buying a pontoon for a first time buyer will be probably dealing with him in future
We bought our new deck boat from Joel this spring. The service we have received since that time has been outstanding. He even spent part of an afternoon with us on the water helping us learn how to use our new boat, since this was a new experience for us. He has also been great throughout the summer always answering any questions we have. He has provided just really great service! We would highly recommend J&K in West Fargo to anyone.
