Best experience with spa service yet and I've had several. Very fast, knowledgeable and personable. Been hard with other companies in past servicing our rural area, but these guys are legit. They will be getting my business going forward!

Their customer service is awful! For the last 3 months if we actually were able to talk to someone, they had no answers and promised us countless times they would have one of the owners contact us. That has not happened. We were always told that previous employees had been the issue and everything is getting worked out and we wouldn't have anymore problems with lack of communication and slow service. We are beginning to believe the problem is the owners and isn't neccessary the employees.

Very friendly and helpful. They will definitely have my business in the future.
