I love going to this gym. I’ve been going for just over 2 years. Everyone has always been helpful if I had a question. I see some people on here complaining about the cancellation policy but every gym I’ve gone to does the same thing. After you sign, it will take 30 days, so yes you get charged one more time but you also still get to work out in that time, so stop complaining, the rules were told to you when you signed. It’s very clean there, I always see people cleaning. I gave a 4 instead of 5 because I’m sad they don’t have kick boxing anymore.

the facility is nice. the employees not so much.
Front desk worker was very rude and dismissive when I tried to cancel my membership in person. There is no reason someone should have to send a certified letter to cancel a membership.
