Excellent food and service
To whom it may concern: So to begin I will start by saying,my husband and I had come to this establishment at 10:02 pm On 10/1/20 and we had gone through the drive through to get our meals. There was a young man who took our order and we then parked in the parking lot to check our bags and make sure the order was all there. My husband then realized that his burger was not what he has ordered and had tried to go inside and have it fixed. A lady worker essentially told him that he was lying and that he had taken off a patty from the burger himself..I was shocked when he came back to the car and told me that!!! They did not have their name tags on @ the time and were not willing to give up their managers name as well.. Horrible experience and we will NEVER go to that restaurant again because of the lack of customer service skills...they give the restaurant a bad look by have them as representatives..
Nice crew, good, fast food. No long lines in drive-thru. Drvent prices. But man you can sure see the price increases since $15 an hour was installed.
They make things correctly. They actually toast the bread.
Grilled cheese breakfast sandwich with sausage. Best item on the menu.
Staff was pretty scruffy and does not pay attention to the customer or food preparation. Carls in Henderson seems to be a blight on the Fast food Service arena. Food looks thrown together on a regular basis around here
