I consider this storage business the very best and the reason is the manager. I had called a couple other places and had to leave a message and my calls were not returned for a couple of days. Then I called Stor-Away. Debbie is one of the most helpful, and the kindest person I ever met. I mean that! She helped me in several ways. Any business would benefit if Debbie was the manager. It is so refreshing to talk with a person that not only gives you her full attention and is kind ;she explains everything and goes out of her way to problem solve! Excellent customer service. Can’t say enough kind things about Debbie. I was never a customer, but my mom had a storage unit for many years. After Mom passed this past spring I remembered that she had the unit. I was able to figure out where it was and contacted Debbie. She was great regarding the information on the unit and since I couldn’t locate the key helping me to get it. Considering everything was on lockdown due to COVID-19 and we had to wait out lockdown she was fantastic at allowing me the time to get out there to see what was in it. When lockdown was lifted she had someone grind the lock off for me. When I went through everything and needed help getting rid of all the things that I wouldn’t be keeping she helped me once again. When the unit was cleaned out the folks who were cleaning it out found some photos, albums, yearbooks, and baseball cards and Debbie held those until I could come out and get them. There’s only so much I kind say about someone’s acts of kindness to a stranger in their time of need. It’s something invaluable and will never be forgotten. My thanks again to Debbie.
