After I ordered the chicken combo with french fries and KFC sauce, the crispy chicken tenders were average and did not taste the best. After I taste the fries, these fries were too crunchy and hard to chew on. The other part of the fries were pretty cold but not too cold and it was not that good. The chicken tenders were OK but not bad.

I placed an online order and they called to let me know they were out of dark meat and would substitute more white meat which was totally fine. When we got there, they had a wait because they needed to make more biscuits, which again we were fine with. When we got our food home, we saw that they more than made up for the issues because we had a LOT of extra chicken and they gave us a few extra biscuits too. Great customer service at this location!

Got the Mashed potato famous bowl meal with a side of coleslaw around 1130a. Everything tasted old like it was from the day before that had been reheated. The chicken in the bowl wasn't even the popcorn chicken like it should be. It was like a flattened out chicken breast cut up. I won't be returning to this location. Disgusting.

Chicken and the atmosphere at this location is super good. Came here on a Friday I think. The service here is great.
