Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Needed an icecream cake last minute for my son's birthday. The lobby was not open so they took care of us in the drive through. By the time we got to the window the cake was ready and decorated with my son's age and name! Didn't look rushed at all! Talk about friendly, fast, quality service!! Very happy!

Worst service ever. When I ordered every time I ordered an item the guy tried to give me my total. It got so bad I informed him I will let you know when I am done. He didn’t like that because his attitude went from bad to worse. He read order back it was incorrect there was missing items I told him the missing items. He reads my order again but this time he manage to remove an item he already had as I told him he dropped some items off the order he asked me to leave. I informed him that will be impossible since no way to reverse out of drive they he gave me total of an incomplete order. Needless to say I waited in line so I could leave.

Blizzards are great but not mixed properly. A large blizzard always has big proportions of it being just basic ice cream.

The Manager is not there does not know how to probably show if blizzard are done correctly he is going to fast and doesnt flip it all the way upside down, the blizzard was half way melted when we got it!!

Lobby isn't open yet but drive through service is. Good ice cream treats. Also had a good chili dog.
