While their childcare hybrid program is great (I can't recommend them enough) their membership program has inconsistent policies. You get a different answer depending on which staff member you talk to. Very unprofessional.
They are open! Was very impressed by their attention to maintaining a safe place to work out and swim.

Unfortunately I use to have a good experience at the YMCA but after Covid I have had nothing but problems. I requested to have my membership cancelled back in March and they asked me to come in to fill out paperwork and I said I wouldn't during the Pandemic and it needs to be cancelled. Last month I was charged more than my monthly membership and upon calling today I was told I would not be refunded. I am currently unemployed and unable to keep up the membership and even though I asked to be cancelled and for a refund I was told they do not issue refunds. I'm extremely disappointed at the lack of empathy and ability to work with those now in a tougher unforseen financial circumstance. Very disappointed and will not renew a membership in the winter when I typically go to the gym. I expected more out of company that promotes supporting and building the local community.
Reasonably priced. New amenities and facilities still look great. I would have continued my membership BUT they are not open when my life allows, especially during weekends. All classes I wanted to take are during normal business hours, when I work. And Les Mills classes just started after I cancelled my membership. Suggested hours 5am to 11pm 7 days a week.
