When you are browsing the lot at vehicles and the sales person tells you used car inventory is tight because they are somehow worth more than new cars...nI asked for a specific list of cars I'm interested in, I was laughed at and given the explanation above.nAs a sales person I'd think you would try to go above and beyond to find something close or take my info to call me when something comes innIt's fine, I'm not bothered by it or offended, just surprised
I traded in my vehicle well over a year ago. I was never given my plates so I had assumed they canceled my registration. They didn't and now I'm out $300. I called 3 different times to be pushed off and never received a follow up call even though I was promised one, 3 different times. Thumbs down on customer courtesy and doing the job correctly.

Ah ha! If your looking for an old school auto dealership this is the place to be. Service department is superb. And the car sales staff are gentle, not pushy. It's our go to car dealership. We've bought 3 new cars from them since 2011.
It was literally the estimated experience that I've ever had from a car dealership!!
